Terms and conditions

Last updated August 12, 2026

Template notice. These terms are a starting point and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel adapt them — especially the liability, jurisdiction and termination clauses — before relying on them.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using DHI CONNECT (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

DHI CONNECT is a marketing CRM that connects to Meta advertising accounts to sync campaign performance and lead form submissions. We may add, change or remove features.

3. Accounts

4. Your Meta connection

You must own or be authorised to manage any Facebook Page, ad account or business you connect. You are responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms, Advertising Policies and Lead Ads terms. We may suspend syncing if Meta revokes access or reports a policy violation.

5. Lead data and your responsibilities

Lead submissions contain other people's personal data. You are the controller of that data. You are responsible for:

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension. See our refund policy.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party APIs — notably Meta — and we are not liable for their outages, rate limits, policy changes or data restrictions.

9. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that synced figures are complete or error-free — reporting depends on data Meta returns, which varies with your permissions and app access level.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms. On termination your data is handled per our privacy policy.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will post revisions here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
