This policy explains the cookies DHI CONNECT sets and why. It should be read alongside our privacy policy.

What cookies are

Small text files a site stores in your browser so it can recognise you between requests — for example to keep you signed in.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These cannot be switched off; the application will not work without them.

Session cookie — keeps you signed in and identifies your workspace. Expires when the session ends or after a period of inactivity.
CSRF token — protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
Remember-me token — only if you tick "remember me" at sign-in.

Functional

Active ad account — remembers which ad account you selected so your view stays consistent between pages.

No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics on this application. If that changes we will update this page and add a consent banner first.

Third-party content

Our public pages load fonts and stylesheets from third-party CDNs, which may log the request as part of delivering that content. Signing in with Facebook takes you to Meta's own domain, where Meta's cookie policy applies.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
